How does Nibbles work with the Snippet App?

Q:  How do I buy / download a Nibbles book?
A:  Great question! We're glad you've found something you'd like to know more about. Here's the process:

1. Start by going to AppStore.com/SnippetApp
2. Download the FREE Snippet App to your iPhone or iPad
3. Tap and open the Snippet App
4. You are now in the Snippet Store! 
5. Sign up with your name, email address and password (skip steps #6-8 if you've already registered and log in with your email and password)
6. Tap and select your choice of a FREE book to try on your screen
7. Tap the More Info button to read the book's description. Tap the Preview button to see the first two chapters before buying the book or skip to #8
8. Tap Download and the book will download to your device
9. Tap the icon of a house in the bottom left corner to go to the store
10. Find the Nibbles book you want (ex: Three Act What?) and tap Buy Now
11. You will be prompted for your iTunes account info (purchase will go through your iTunes account)
12. Your Nibbles book will download to your device
13. The Buy Now button changes to Open, and your Nibbles book has been added to your library
14. Ready. Set. Learn!

Q:  Are Nibbles only available as an app for iPhones and iPads?
A:  The simple answer is "Yes." An Android version is also in the works as we speak. If you're an Android user, you can show your support for the expansion by voting for the Android Expansion here. However, you don't have to use an app. Our books are available to read using any device that has a web browser - phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.


Q:  How do I sign up / create a Snippet Profile?
A:  To sign up follow these directions:

1. Open the Snippet App to the main store
2. Open Settings by touching the Gear icon in the bottom right corner
3. Select login
4. From the login screen select Sign Up
5. Enter your full name, email, and password and touch Sign Up
6. Follow the prompts to sync your device (you may be asked to type in your Apple ID password)
7. Select your FREE Snippet book from the choices on the screen
8. Now you can find the Nibbles book you want to buy

Q: How do I sign in / login to my Snippet Profile?
A:  To login follow these directions:

1. Open the Snippet app to the main store
2. Open Settings by touching the Gear icon in the bottom right corner
3. Select Login
4. Enter your email and password you used to create your Snippet Profile
5. Follow the prompts to sync your device (you may be asked to type in your Apple ID)
6. Now you can find the Nibbles book you want to buy

Q:  How do update and sync my Snippet App between my iPhone and iPad?
A:  To update the Snippet App:

1. Sign in to your Snippet Profile
2. Follow the prompt to sync your device
3. Any Nibbles books needing updating with fresh content from the author will have an orange Update/Refresh icon
4. Touch the icon to update the Nibbles book

Q:  How do I use Social Media in a Nibbles book?
A:  Here are the fun ways you can share with your friends and join the conversation:

1. Social Media Discoverables - Anytime you see the talk bubble icon, you can tap it to see the social conversation happening around a @username or a #hashtag. You can hit Join the Conversation to contribute and share right inside your Nibbles book.
2. Share Video, Audio, and Social Discoverables - Anytime you open a discoverable and see the share icon, you can click it to share that video, audio clip or photo by email, MMS, Twitter or Facebook.
3. Highlight to Share Text and Quotes - Feel inspired while reading? You can share whatever you like by tapping and holding down to highlight text. Then share your quote by email, MMS, Twitter or Facebook.
